Create a test folder

@NottyCode and I were demoing the starter last week at TechXchange. We experienced the hard time to add tests to the project as we have to first create the test structure under the certain folder and then add the dependencies to the pom.xml. We would like the dependencies and the source structure for unittests to be added. You can find out the dependencies from most of the liberty guides.
