Update gradle wrapper version

Should consider to update gradle wrapper version? Also includes the distributionSha256Sum in the gradle-wrapper.properties file

hi @cherylking, does LGP support the latest gradle 8.14.3? But not 9.0 yet, right?

We have not directly tested with 8.14.3, but we expect that our plugin would work with that. If you find a problem, please open an issue. Our support statement is here.

Gradle 9 support is a WIP (it just released at the end of July). We have this issue open for that support.
