Add Martin M-Series Plugin

Martin M-Series with a large fixture library which has to be installed with an exe -> they are saved as xml files.

For fixtures with multiple modes (personalities), they only save the mode with the most channels and add .xslt files which can obviously be used to generate fixture definitions for the other modes. I hope we don't need them for exporting but simply generate the definition for each mode.
