Add Cuelux Plugin(s?)

Visual Productions has three lighting programs:

• Cuelux (Windows / Mac / Linux)
• Cuelux Pro (Windows / Mac / Linux)
• Cuety (iOS / Android / Windows / Mac / Linux)

The fixture definitions seem to be included. A fixture builder can be downloaded and a forum with a fixture building service exists. Unfortunately, I cannot see the attached files in the forum, maybe I have to login for that.

The fixture files are asked to be put in specific directories, so possibly we could dig into this.

The fixtures are saved as xml, but they use a strange kind of switching channels for gobo wheels.
