Not suitable for Windows Store app

This utility isn't working with the [Windows Store app](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/open-live-writer/9nblggh5279m) as it doesn't use the registry and stores settings via the [App settings](http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh464917.aspx#app_settings) system.
