Disable support for Y tilts ?

The current code and GUI only supports 1 tilt axis i.e. the sample should appear to tilt from left to right. We call that the X-tilt. Not sure if this is consistent with what others use.

Not sure if the code right now identifies the Y tilt correctly and displays in the GUI correctly?

There is a drop down combo box for the user to select which tilt angle set is used for the reconstruction. the code just loads each tilt successively when the user clicks the "play" button in the GUI no matter which Tilt axis is selected. Not sure which to do. This is just a display issue from what I can tell.
