someone needs to rebuild 3.4 and 3.5 for correct apidocs if it works on latest

did not work. someone needs to do a full update of sphinx versions etc. the pinned versions are not compatible with newer python versions

Thanks for the heads up I'll see what I can do.

fixed in #485 which made hoverxef incompatible, whose replacement does not work.

Now we need a solution to hoverxref.
