approved the PR on the jsonrpc documentation, the PR acl since it is not needed I would not add new complexities

@empiricompany Mage_Csp PR is great and worth an own release, but it it will take some days to finish.

I can't help atm b/c of ongoing problems with my ISP.

I'd suggest to make a release now and release 20.15.0 as soon CSP is finished.
