Template Path Hints issues with menus in Backend (OM theme)

This merged PR #1819 solves the issue of overlaying the navigation menu in the Backend only for the original Magento theme and not for the Openmage theme. Those who use it are affected but probably didn't realize it because they haven't enabled "Template Path Hints" yet.

This is what happens when the theme is activated. On the one hand it is the navigation menu

and on the other hand the User menu.

My PR did indeed solve this issue for the openmage theme too, but only for the navigation menu, user menu not included. Maybe you're using OM 20? I don't think the branches were synced since then.

It is OM-20. User menu it is not included in your fix.
