[BUG] Date issue in admin dashboard

Current Behavior

• see Carbon::createFromTimestamp() only allows values up to 99999999999999 CarbonPHP/carbon#84

Expected Behavior

no error

Steps To Reproduce

1. go to admin dashboard
2. check exception logs

Environment

- OpenMage: latest
- php: 8.1
