Using a base Docker image for development/production #5
Description
As a developer it will be great to have a base image in Dockerfile on Dockerhub and replace the used base image in Dockerfile so that it will minimize the developer efforts for maintaining and extending the matchmaking microservice (and any other potential microservices that will be written in Elixir further).
