using TrajGWAS with VCF in float type

Thank you for developing TrajGWAS package. I have the issue when trying to load VCF file( the dosage in VCF is float). The error messages implies that calculation is not working for Matrix{Float 64}.

Do you have a workaround about it? Because we would really need it to be orginal float type VCF, like this:

Thanks for your interest in the package. It seems like a vector of integers is placed when a vector of floating-point numbers is required (second line from the bottom of the first image). However, without seeing the code, I cannot tell where this is happening.

Maybe the covariate file contains all-integer columns?
