[Suggestion] Looping over a section

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Having experience with Audacity, I expected that being able to select a section would allow me to loop the playback within that section. This is very useful when you're working on a specific part of the song and want to make sure it sounds just right, so instead of restarting playback over and over, you would just listen to it on repeat.

Describe the enhancement you'd like
In addition to "Start playing in section" and "Stop playing after section", I would like "Constrain looping to section". What this toggle would do is that when the looping is enabled, it would loop just the section instead of the whole song. In other words, when the looping is enabled, reaching the end of a section (similarly to "Stop playing after section") would continue playing from the start of the section (similarly to "Start playing in section").

@OctoFlareDev If we implement this, an additional menu option shouldn't be needed: with 'Start playing in section' enabled, just loop to the start of the section instead of the start of the file.
