The result for T5 is not the same

I'm typing here:
translate English to German: Together, they own about 14% of its publicly listed shares and control 56% of its stockholder voting power through super-voting stock.
And I get the result:
Zusammen besitzen sie etwa 14 % ihrer börsennotierten Aktien und kontrollieren 56 % ihrer Stimmrechtsbeteiligung durch Überabstimmungen.

Then I do the same with the converted model using this guide and get:
Gemeinsam besitzen sie etwa 14 % ihrer börsennotierten Aktien und kontrollieren 56 % ihrer Stimmrechte durch Überabstimmungen.

Why is the result not the same?
