DOI minting failure shows up in console, not page #3582

What went wrong?
Via Freshdesk:
If you do not have an email address linked to your account, then trying to publish a dataset will silently error out. When inspecting the javascript console I can see the error is:
Uncaught (in promise) ApolloError: Connect an email to make contributions to OpenNeuro.
Expected behavior
The error should appear on the page so that a user can easily find it.
