Migrate to new Redis helm chart #3593

What went wrong?
We're currently using Bitnami's Redis chart as the only dependency for the OpenNeuro Helm chart, we should migrate to a new free Redis chart. Bitnami no longer provides free helm charts.
Expected behavior
Deploy with open source Redis charts.
