Right now the title of a user profile page is "OpenNeuro", which is not very helpful for finding tabs.
I looked at packages/openneuro-app/src/scripts/search/search-container.tsx and packages/openneuro-app/src/scripts/dataset/snapshot-container.tsx for inspiration. Hopefully I did this right.
