Backup Handler for deployed Neo4j on EC2

Introduction:

current Neo4j on EC2 does not have have any Backup handler. since backeup handler should not be compromised so we need
"Backup Handler" implements an automated, infrastructure-level recovery system using AWS EBS Snapshots and Data Lifecycle Manager (DLM) to ensure point-in-time data protection for your Neo4j graph with zero manual intervention.

Task:

• Expore aws EBS and DML service
• implement EBS for backup
• implment DML for automate the backup
• test
