Implement /type-of-place kind of URLs

• Should list the places from the repository
• Plus the links to the sub-areas

Is that going to be on the welcome/home page?
Are we getting the places directly from OSM? or periodically extracted and placed somewhere?

I want to use the view from https://osmapp.org as the main page, the question will be how and where to link to those directory-sub-pages ...
