Have phython 2.7 and Windows Development Tools installed and fibers is compiling now ok by looks

Im struggling to interpret these npm debug logs to gain much useful info to try and work out whats failing.

more clues (on linux box anyway)

npm debug showed it was complaining that it could not find a mpeg-video-server
(Im mocking the video)
after doing npm run deploy:prod I noticed some warnings about yarn not found in /usr/bin/local/yarn
After installing yarn globally

sudo npm install yarn -g

Running npm run deploy:prod

Now completes ok.

Can now get the web server going and can browse to localhost:8080.
But just get "Preparing to dive" screen and stops there.
