AT D868UVE feature request: support editing of "APRS Report" and "APRS Report channel"

Hello Serge, would you mind to add functionality to export the APRS on/off (Byte 53) and the APRS report channel (Byte 54) settings from the radio or device.img to the device.conf file when read from radio or image file and to import these settings from the device.conf or a channels.csv? This would be a great improvement and would allow the use of a windows pc or emulator with the original cps to a minimum and it would allow to mass change channels at this parameters. Changing this in the original cps is a pain and all other tools do silently omit this setting when reading in channel lists in csv format - and they are all for Windows, too.

Sure! Looks like an additional APRS field per channel should solve the problem. For compatibility with existing configurations, I need to modify the parser to make APRS field optional.
