Feature REquest Add  Beofeng DM-32UV support

Feature request add the new Beofeng DM-32UV radio.   If I can help getting info for this please let me know and I can see what I cna do.  I have 2 of these radios and the CPS software is identical to the MD380 software and is just horrific and windows only.
