Some UI issues with input tooltip

What happened?

The tooltip has to match the mockup:

• The drop shadow is not the good one
• The vertical alignment of the text
• Left padding to withdraw

What did you expect to happen?

• Drop shadow is fix
• Vertical alignment is fix
• No more left offset for the tooltip

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
