Describe the process of updating wiki #26

@Jakuje

Description

@Jakuje

This repository mirrors (manually) the wiki repository on OpenSC, but looking through couple of recent commits, there are some only in this repository, but not updated in the OpenSC wiki:

https://github.com/OpenSC/Wiki/commits/master/
https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/wiki/_history

for example this one:

fced720

To avoid losing data, we need to define one of the copy authoritative and set up a process to make sure we update the other copy and keep them in sync. Ideally by having this described in the README of this repository so we know what to do.

I see @metsma did recently update documentation for windows in both places, but commit hashes do not match (since 826bfb9) as there is the above commit in between. So I wanted to check how did you update the pages?

My proposal would be to declare this version authoritative and after pushing to this repository (or merging PR), push the same commits to the OpenSC.wiki (https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC.wiki.git). Automation would be even better, but I am not sure if I want something pushing into our git.

@OpenSC/maintainers thoughts?

If you are ok with this suggestion, I can try to draft some notes.
