Add integration with "external" boards for answering questions

I am thinking about smth like slack, matrix, discourse so that the same subject-knowledgeable assistant could potentially answer questions posted on existing boards when asked. Is smth like that planned or being worked on?

Some necessities on the top of my head:

1. Might need to be integrated with the CLI more than the web interface.
2. Will need tighter local llm integration, people don't like their chats go outside.
3. Will need a shift in focus, should it be under OSA, or just a new project? 😁
