Fix projection of motion in special case

Describe the bug
In a certain constelation the projection of the motion shows part of an amendment even if it should not be projected

How to Reproduce

1. Create a motion (one line id enough)
2. Create an amendment to the motion
3. add A change recommendation to both the motion and manemdnent in the same line
4. Acctept the motion (state)
5. Reject the amendment (state)
6. Project the final version
7. Navigate to projector
8. Even though only the motion text should be displayed the amendment text ist displayed too

Expected behavior
If you project the final version conflicts between changerecommendations should not be displayed

Additional context

This only happens if there is a conflict between the motion and amendment
AND if the conflict is between two change recommendations

This also concerns the projection of the motion in the diff version with an amendment that should not be visible in the motion according to the workflow.
