Fix polls #191
Description
- If a live poll...
- is just created (not yet started) and projected then the grid should be projected
- is running the structure levels should be displayed
- A poll with a pie chart should follow the display from the motion detail
- (100% Y/N, the projection is missing abstain votes
- valid votes is often no displayed at all
- The lines between different candidates should be displayed
- They are sometimes displayed and sometimes not, in chromium and firefox
