Feat: Rehaul the process to remove merge conflict issues

there's a lot of friction for new contributors bc they have to resolve merge conflicts. We need a solution to remove that friction.

Many new contributors face merge conflicts because they all edit the same files.
To reduce this friction, contributors should add their changes in separate files or follow an append-only structure.
Providing clear templates and rules will make contributions smoother and beginner-friendly.

Hey @shoeb2317 Totally agree, and that's what the draft PR attempts to address. Just haven't had the time to verify that it's the right path for the project.
