also mention scipy and matplotlib explicitly? They get pulled in anyway, but mentioning them in the requirements file will make it clear to a user/reader that they are included

Yes, it would be nice to have all of these, but the image is alreay 7.8 GB... We do need to be selective...

These won't add that much----scipy/numpy/matplotlib are already included. Just mentioning them explicitly will be good so that when someone looks at the requirements file, they immediately know that this stuff is included.

For the moment perhaps we can limit the software we include to ones we need for our short-term purposes?
