Check Online Content does not see additional NewGRFs

OpenTTD 14.1 can download the OpenGFX2 Classic 0.7, but the NewGRFs included in the release are not visible in the Check Online Content window.

Only the OpenGFX2 Settings NewGRF is available, but the available version (0.6) is outdated.

Not uploading OpenGFX2 Settings was an oversight, though it is pretty much depreciated now. For the other NewGRFs, I haven't put them on the content system yet. Perhaps it is time to!
