[uk_UA] Translator access request

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Ukrainian.

The Ukrainian language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

Hello, I was the first translator into Ukrainian when OpenTTD switched to Unicode. Other translators have appeared since then, and I stepped back into the shadows. Now I would like to regain access to the translation.
