[uk_UA] Translator access request

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Ukrainian.

The Ukrainian language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

I have been working on games localization since 2020 and, extensibly, trying to develop own indie games, before getting acquainted with OpenTTD, at which moment I have begun developing NewGRF plug-ins.
I am eager to update Ukrainian (and also Polish and russian in the future) translation of the game, but also implement some language-specific mechanics such as declension (of, e.g., the stations names or UI strings depending on the number of sth).
