[zh_CN] Translator access request

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Chinese (Simplified).

The Chinese (Simplified) language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

I'm a current CS undergrad looking to contribute to an OSS for a class project. Mandarin was my first language, and I've touched up on my reading/writing in the past year and would love to contribute.

Hey Catherine,

Happy to see some new blood in the team - most zh_CN translators are inactive by this point. Good news is that there are only a few untranslated strings by this point; however there are some very subtle errors in the text, and correcting them requires much game experience (e.g. autorenew v.s. autoreplace, some strings are messed up).
As for the invitation problem, I think it is possible to simply open another request issue and let one of the devs approve it.
