[ja_JP] Translator access request

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Japanese.

The Japanese language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

I recently started playing OpenTTD with my friends.
It was a very enjoyable and moving experience.

I finally encountered JGR, but some of the Japanese translations are missing.
In fact, it doesn't interfere with gameplay, but I felt a strong desire to contribute to the community of this game that I enjoyed so much.
Therefore, I strongly wish to translate JGR into Japanese.

I already have a track record.
I added Japanese translations to a GRF called Firs.
If necessary, I can show it to you.
