Use Case
downloading and manually install (dpkg -i) https://apt.voxpupuli.org/openvox8-release-debianXX.deb package
results in having orphaned package (use: aptitude search ~o).
Describe the solution you would like
include the package also into the respective repository should fix that.

This is probably also the case for openvox8-release-ubuntuXX.XX.deb packages
