Contributing XML file for unknown Neo NAS-pd07z multisensor

It was recognized in Domoticz and not mentioned in the library, so I figured out how to make the xml file. It has been forking for a while now. I wrote about it in the Google group in October, but got no response. I am posting it here for whoever knows what to do with it.

Line to add in manufacturer_specific.xml file:
