Trigger Hafas to put out the arrivial Data?

Here many people know about the HAFAS APIs.
Is there a way to trigger stboard.exe to put out the ARRIVAL Dates as Machine Readable Code like: "dn?L=vs_java" ?
Why? I need to record when a Train arrive at a Station lets say:
Station A - Arrival 10:20 - Departure 10:30
and the Train is delayed I care how long the wait in the Station.
