ETHICORE ENGINE™ GUARDIAN SDK — PROPRIETARY ASSET LICENSE

The following (the "Assets") are proprietary to Oracles
Technologies LLC and are NOT covered by the MIT license that governs the
Guardian SDK framework code:

  - Full Threat Patterns Library
  - Full Semantic Fingerprints Library
  - Models
  - Model Files & Data (weights, signatures, etc)

These assets are made available exclusively through the Ethicore Engine™ API
platform (FREE, PRO, and ENT tiers) at portal.oraclestechnologies.com.

GRANT OF LICENSE
================
Subject to the terms of this license and an active API subscription, Oracles
Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to:

  1. Install and use the Assets on systems you own or control, solely
     in conjunction with the Guardian SDK framework and your active API
     subscription tier.
  2. Make a reasonable number of backup copies for disaster-recovery purposes.

Access to the Assets is contingent on maintaining a valid API key
issued through the Ethicore Engine™ Developer Portal. FREE tier access is
provided at no charge. PRO and ENT tier access requires a paid subscription.

RESTRICTIONS
============
You may NOT:

  a. Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the
     Assets to any third party.
  b. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source
     or structure of any Asset, including neural network weights.
  c. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary
     legend contained in the Assets.
  d. Use the Assets in any product or service that competes with
     Ethicore Engine™ - Guardian SDK or any other product of Oracles
     Technologies LLC.
  e. Make the Assets publicly accessible (e.g., by committing them
     to a public repository, hosting them on a public URL, or including them
     in an open-source distribution).
  f. Share, transfer, or expose your API key to unauthorized parties.

TERMINATION
===========
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms or if
your API subscription lapses without renewal. Upon termination you must
immediately delete all copies of the Assets in your possession or
control.

THE ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
ORACLES TECHNOLOGIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
=======================
IN NO EVENT SHALL ORACLES TECHNOLOGIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
