Hy👋, in the upcoming version (1.1) you should be able to "open" aseprite file in pixelorama but not export in .ase format

Ah (i just googled it)
Pixelorama's still fairly young but is getting fairly close to Aseprite
Some similar features include but are not limited to Tilemap layers, Index mode, symmetry guides, etc

Is there any specific feature you're looking for? If so feel free to ask 😁

LibreSprite doesn't have a feature parity with Aseprite so... I would suggest to just try it and see if it has all features that you need for your specific workflow.

As a long-time Aseprite user I think it looks like a good replacement for that program at least, with some concrete improvements both subtle and large. Still need to spend more time with it but only very minor niggles so far.
