Markdown enabled RichTextLabel for Project Notes (Window, Dockable)

I often want to skribble down some notes regarding the current project. This includes todos, checklists and reference links.
A markdown enabled richtext label directly visibible in the editor would solve that nicely.

More of the same would be adding a description field to the layer that shows when hovering over the layer.
