more canvas presets

A few more presets for canvas size. 4:3 presets, 16:9 presets and A4 and A5 sizes would be cool. For when not using a canvas preset that is from a gaming console

you could alternatively add a unselectable bar in the presets with the category name in it and with the relevant sizes be just under it.
