Ansible unable to run as "Ansible is being run in a world writable directory" something wrong with provisioning task

Hi,
I am following the setup where my host machine is Windows and provider is VMware work station. I have run the setup from WSL debian instance as per the install document available. Machines are provisioned but when Ansible playbooks are trying to run, it is failing. I tried to change the permissions to the ansible folder in windows but that does not work. Can anyone help on this? I have attached screenshots-
