So I'm in a catch 22 situation here but ultimately I think the issue is that the permissions are incorrect on the .crt files or something.
When I tried to install a new instance, I ran into this error. Something was created though because I have a lab instance ID. When I try to delete it though, I run into this same error and it won't delete.
I followed the install guide and I'm not sure what went wrong. It's not like you really had any options during the install.
The files in question are owned by SYSTEM and SYSTEM and Administrators have Full Control over the files. I'm not sure why it's getting a permission denied.
