Docs: Add a way to determine if an icon is embedded or not in the library

Proposal

Add a way for people to determine if the used icons in the documentation are embedded in the library or not. It may be a table in the header of every component page, it could be a paragraph before an icon isn't in our library or maybe a small marker.

Motivation and context

Be able to determine if an icon must be embedded or not by the final users at the first sight in our documentation.
Ease of life for documentation users.
