Replacing `includes` with `contains` makes hurl-6.0.0 to fail

It produces errors such as:

```
 92 | jsonpath "$.list[*].field" contains {{field_to_find}}
    |                                       ^ invalid predicate value
```

while it works as intended in hurl-6.1.0 and following.

Please consider providing a hurl-7.0.0 and yank 6.1.0 and 6.1.1 since they are breaking semver for the normal users and not just the crate users.
