Describe the issue

When we add a child to OudsBadge the child is not well displayed

Issue 1

when we need to add a child to a badge to display a standard badge without count , the child into badge didn't not take the behavior of the standard badge and the child is small

Issue 2

when we need to display a standard badge without text , the badge is displayed as large badge

Expected Behavior

• we need to display a badge without label of text if is standard badge and a badge with label when is count

• we need to not fix the constraint and the heigh and width of container of badge if is not count
