Use additional trick to instanciate and inject a theme

Context

We got some feedbacks about users with a strong legacy codebase written in UIKIt.
Migrating their application to SwiftUI is not in their scope yet because of money and time constraints.
Thus the use of root view like the OUDSThemeableView is complicated for theme.

This was anticipable because this profile of users was spotted but until now never considered.

Solution

We need to investigate an additional solution to let users instanciate a theme and inject it in their app so as to be retrieved as environement object in our codebase.
