Video in HtmlBody content part

Hello, this might sound like a question that was answered many times, but I cannot find any thread with it :d

I am trying to allow my CMS editors to insert a video like .mp4 media type inside the HtmlBody editor (Trumbowyg/Wysiwyg), however I always end up having it a plain text. I tried reducing sanitazer with some configs like:

        // Allow video and audio tags in HtmlBodyPart
        tenantServices.ConfigureHtmlSanitizer((sanitizer) =>

            sanitizer.AllowedTags.Add("video");

but it doesn't help.

I know that I could use MediaField for inserting videos, but I'd like to have control over styling/sectioning my content that I add as Html -- could anyone help me with this pickle :)?

What do you mean that you end up with plain text? Your editors add a <video> tag; does the rendering end up with that removed (in this case it's sanitization) or the literal "<video>"˙text there instead of the video being rendered (in which case it's encoding on display, for example)?

it's the 2nd case u are mentioning - when i want to open preview of content i added I always end up with this

I see. Do your editors know that they have to add the video tag in the source editing mode of Trumbowyg? If they do that, check how the HtmlBody is rendered in cshtml (or Liquid): it should use Html.Raw() since it's code. This is what it does with its default template, but perhaps you've overridden that?
