fix(deps): regenerate package-lock.json to sync with serialize-javascript override

The previous override commit updated node_modules but left the lockfile
partially stale, causing 'npm ci' to fail in CI with missing esbuild@0.28.0
entries. Regenerated from scratch. Still 0 vulnerabilities.
