`austin-dist == 4.0.0` is incompatible with the Austin Vscode extension

When using austin-dist version 4.0.0 with the Austin Vscode extension, the flame graph is not appearing and is stuck on "Crunching the numbers...". Downgrading to the version right before seems to have fixed things.
